Chaerul Anwar Kopa (CA) is a consultant of PQM Consultants – a Consulting firm that specializes in helping clients to build continuous improvement culture by making “productivity and quality improvement through people” works.
CA started his career through the Management Trainee (MT) program which was specially designed to produce potential leaders in one of the largest FMCGs in Indonesia. Coupled with his experience in the electrical and electronics industry, CA has a total work experience of 4 years at FMCG. CA completed his bachelor’s degree at Jenderal Soedirman University majoring in Electrical Engineering, with a concentration in Electronics and Instrumentation.
During his time at PQM, CA has helped facilitate the areas of Leadership (Shopfloor Leadership, Supervisory Management, and Management Development Program) and Productivity-Quality Improvement (5S, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Practical Problem Solving, and Six Sigma) for Industry Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Mining, Manufacturing, and several state-owner enterprises.
In addition, CA was certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt by IQF (International Quality Federation).
